Refunds are not automatic, but we do review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were billed incorrectly or hit a technical issue that materially prevented use of a paid feature, contact us and we'll review it. See our refund policy for full details.

Monthly credit allowances reset each billing cycle. Purchased add-on credit packs don't expire and carry over month to month.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell personal data, but we do use third-party providers for functions like billing, analytics, cloud storage, email, and AI-powered generation.

Yes. We currently handle account deletion manually. If you want your account deleted, contact support and we will review and process the request, subject to any records we need to keep for legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Yes. Generated videos and related account content may be stored so you can access them inside your account while the service is active.
