1. Eligibility and Use of Service

Vinora provides AI-powered tools for creating video ads and related content. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the account, prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with your use of the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use it. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time payment
• Billing is handled by third-party payment providers
• Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date
• Prices, plan features, and credit allocations may change
• Prices are set in US dollars (USD). Local-currency amounts shown are approximate estimates; the exact amount charged in your currency is determined at checkout using the live exchange rate
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment method accuracy

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you upload, submit, or generate using Vinora. You must not use the service to create, upload, distribute, or promote unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or rights-violating content.

In particular, you may not use the service for sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content, including adult content, sexual services, explicit nudity, sexually-oriented materials, or sexually-oriented or pornographic chatbot experiences. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.

If you upload, reference, or generate the likeness, voice, name, or other identifying attributes of any real person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to do so. You may not use the service to impersonate any person, create deceptive “deepfake” content, or generate content depicting a public figure or any individual without their consent. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any person's likeness complies with applicable publicity, privacy, biometric, and data-protection laws.

6. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the service. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain rights you may have in outputs generated for you. We retain all rights in the service itself, including our software, branding, site content, and underlying technology.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal or security issues. You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account from your account settings; deletion takes effect after a short grace period, during which logging back in restores the account.

10. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vinora and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content, prompts, uploads, likenesses, or other materials you submit to or generate using the service; (b) your use or misuse of the service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) your infringement or violation of any third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinora and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
